If dry shampoo saves your mornings, pay attention to this news. The FDA announced that Procter & Gamble Company has issued a voluntary recall on aerosol dry shampoo and condition products from Pantene, Aussie, Herbal Essences and Waterless. The recall is due to the presence of benzene, a known carcinogen, detected in some products.

All of the affected products are packaged in aerosol cans and the recall is extensive, so you’ll want to refer to the full statement for product names and UPC codes. The products were distributed nationwide through retail outlets and online and retailers have been alerted to remove the products from their shelves. If you’ve purchased one of the recalled shampoos or conditioners, you can get reimbursement by visiting each product’s specific website.

Procter & Gamble did a full review on the company’s portfolio of aerosol products to inform this recall. Unexpected levels of benzene resulted from the propellant that sprays the product out of the can. However, most other offerings, including mousses, hairsprays and styling products, are still safe to use.

You can be exposed to benzene through inhalation, orally or through the skin. It can cause cancers like leukemia and blood disorders. The recall notes that the levels of benzene found in the products would not be expected to adversely affect your health, but it’s the safe move to stop using them anyway.

Dwayne Johnson is more than just a top Hollywood celeb with majorly large arms. The actor has a heart—and it might just be bigger than his pecks!

Johnson recently posted a sweet video on Instagram, singing “You’re Welcome” from Moana. The actor, who voiced Maui in the movie, dedicated the song to a three-year-old boy with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.

The actor started off the post writing, “This request came across my desk and punched me in the gut a bit.” Johnson explained, “There’s a little 3 year old boy out there named, Hyrum Harris. Diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukemia which is complicated by Down Syndrome. In the fight of his life right now and doing his best to stay strong—by watching MOANA up to 10xs a day because the character he loves, MAUI makes him feel strong.”

Hyrum’s mother, April, opened up to PEOPLE about the post, saying, “This has been such a moving experience for our family.” She went on to add, “[Johnson’s] response was beautiful.”

Of course, Hyrum absolutely adored the video. Mom, April, explained, “Every time Dwayne mentioned Hyrum’s name, Hyrum pointed to his chest and in his soft sweet voice repeated saying, ‘Hyrum,’ as though he knew this was special for him.”

Flapjack fans rejoice! Make your calendars because Tuesday, Mar. 12 is Free Pancake Day and we’ve got the scoop on where to get free pancakes all day long.

Head to your local IHOP—a.k.a., the United Nations of Pancakes—for a free short stack of Original Buttermilk Pancakes on Tuesday, Mar. 12. Here’s an even better reason to grab yourself a piping hot stack of pancakes for National Pancake Day, (besides the obvious benefit of a free meal): these are pancakes with a purpose.

You might know Free Pancake Day as National Pancake Day. Same thing, right? Yes—but IHOP has upped their game to make free pancakes even better by renaming their big day to “Free Pancake Day: Flip it Forward for Kids.”

For each stack of pancakes IHOP serves on Free Pancake Day, the national chain will donate money to help children battling critical illnesses. According to IHOP’s website, the company has raised more than $30 million to help its community partners since the first National Pancake Day in 2006. IHOP has chosen to spotlight three charities at its National Pancake Day website: Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, Shriners Hospitals for Children and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS).

There’s even a new item on the menu, courtesy of the company’s charity work: IHOP asked kids who were treated at any Children’s Miracle Network hospital to create their dream pancake recipe. After some very tasty work, the pancake pros picked three finalists—with six-year-old Brody taking the top prize for his OREO Oh My Goodness pancakes. IHOP will donate one dollar for each of these cookie crumble-topped pancakes sold on National Pancake Day

Get free pancakes and help kids in need at the same time? Now that’s a delicious idea!

Late in 2015, Magician Criss Angel received horrific news: his 2-year-old son was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, a type of pediatric cancer. When asked recently by Wonderwall how his son is holding up, Criss said, “he’s doing great. He’s technically in remission, although he has to go through three years of treatment to be assured that the cancer is truly gone, which is incredibly difficult.” Criss has decided to host a benefit event to honor his son as well as other children with cancer.

“On Sept. 12 we’re having big event called Help Heal Every Life Possible and it’s going to benefit the Johnny Christopher Children’s Charitable Foundation. One hundred percent of every dime that’s raised will go to pediatric cancer and children and research and treatment,” said the magician.

Remember when Batkid (aka Miles Scott) saved Gotham (aka San Francisco) last year? Well, now he’s back in a full length feature film to share his whole touching story. Get a sneak peak to Batkid Begins in the heartwarming trailer below.

Batkid Begins traces the origins of 5 year old Miles Scott, from when he first learned to become a superhero by battling leukemia, to the big day where he saved San Francisco and inspired millions. The official documentary will also cover interviews with people who made Batkid’s day happen from Make-A-Wish Greater Bay Area to Batman, and show exactly what it took to make this little superhero’s dreams come true.

While all the footage has been shot, the film is still in post-production phase. Funds are currently being raised through an Indiegogo campaign to truly give Batkid’s journey a visually magical finish. The money from the campaign will go towards getting stunning aerial shots of San Francisco, and paying big-name creators, who’ve agreed to work at a reduced rate, to provide Hollywood quality graphics and animation, original music, special effects and more. Afterwards, all profits from the documentary will go towards the Batkid Fund, which supports local San Francisco charities.

25,000 San Franciscans stopped what they were doing that day to support Miles Scott in his fight against leukemia (and The Penguin). As legendary film composer Han Zimmer (The Dark Knight trilogy, 12 Years A Slave) said: “He gave everybody license to just be a little absurd, a little ridiculous, live their little dreams for a little bit.” We’re sure by the end of the film, we’ll be left wondering who inspired whom.

Did you tune into Batkid’s epic adventure? Don’t forget to share this story!
