Actress Hilary Duff recently wed Matthew Koma in an intimate ceremony at the couple’s Los Angeles home. Even though the nuptials were private, Duff shared the details on her dress with Vogue.

In a video posted by Vogue, Duff opens up and talks about Koma’s proposal and her wedding plans. The actress reveals her wedding-day hairstyle and gives fans a glimpse of her gorgeous gown.

The simple, structured flowing white gown, which was designed by Jenny Packham, is sleek and as Duff describes it, a “statement” dress that is, “gorgeous and toned down.”

Along with the design itself, Duff dished on her plans to make the dress extra-meaningful. “There’s a sweet little embroidery with our initials. There’s an M and an H and then the date of our wedding.” The newlywed continues, “And over here there’s initials for our kids.”

After revealing the sweet tribute to her kiddos Luca and Banks, Duff went on to say, “They’re part of our ceremony and obviously the biggest part of our life.” Huff then mused, “Maybe someday Banks will want to wear my dress.”

Duff also showed off Banks’ dress—which was also designed by Packham. The 14-month-old’s dress was white, like her mama’s, but also had a sweet pink ribbon across the front and a massively adorable bow at the back!

The new season of Arthur started this week with a groundbreaking episode featuring the same-sex marriage of Mr. Ratburn, one of the show’s beloved characters.

Season 22 of the series about the titular aardvark next door and his gang of friends just launched with the episode titled “Mr. Ratburn & the Someone Special.” With special guest star Jane Lynch in the role of Mr. Ratburn’s sister, Arthur and his friends initially mistake her for the bossy bride-to-be. But there’s a twist!

When they plan to break-up the wedding, they discover that she is, in fact, Mr. Ratburn’s sister and that he is actually marrying a man. The entire class attends the wedding and celebrates the special moment with their teacher.

Fans of the show took to Twitter to express their glee over the nuptials and applaud Arthur for its progressive stance on gay marriage.

The storyline was not surprising for the inclusive show that has never been shy about tackling challenging subjects. The only thing fans were pleasantly surprised to discover is that PBS Kids is still producing new episodes of the long-running show.

So what do Dunkin Donuts and the Royal Wedding have to do with one another? Well if you’re thinking that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will be serving the frosting-covered doughy rounds of goodness at their reception, you’d be wrong. But you can have a dozen or so of your very own love-themed donuts at your royal wedding watch party!

Yep, Dunkin’ Donuts is releasing a special limited-edition donut in honor of the royal nuptials. The “Royal Love Donut” is a heart-shaped donut that comes with a jelly filling. As if that’s not enough donut love, it’s frosted with chocolate icing and topped with a strawberry drizzle. Yum!

Oh, but the royal wedding celebration doesn’t stop at a heart-shaped donut. Dunkin’ Donuts is going all out for this super-special occasion. Select guests will have the opportunity to take a Dunkin’ Donut-colored (pink and orange) horse-drawn carriage trip through NYC’s Central Park. (And they’ll get to enjoy “Royal Love Donuts” on their ride too.)

Continuing with donut retailer’s royal theme, IRL princess (and Real Housewife of New York) Carole Radziwill will kick off the event by taking the ceremonial first carriage ride.

If you’re wondering why Dunkin’ Donuts is serving up a royal donut on this side of the Atlantic, Dunkin’ Brands Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Nigel Travis, said in a press release, “As the U.S. donut leader, we love helping our guests make special occasions both big and small even sweeter with fun donut designs and flavors. The Royal Wedding represents optimism, happiness and joy, thus is a perfect opportunity for our brand to celebrate. We hope all donut lovers, royalty or not, will enjoy the new Royal Love Donut next week.”

The “Royal Love Donut” will be available at Dunkin’ Donuts stores from May 14 through May 20.
