Get ready for your kiddo to have a brand-new favorite show. Kristen Bell’s new animated musical preschool series Do, Re & Me was just greenlit by Amazon Studios. Read on for the inside scoop on this cute new show.
The animated lyrical series includes 52 episodes. Look for the series exclusively on Amazon Prime Video. With executive producers Jackie Tohn (American Idol), Michael Scharf (Moon and the Son: An Imagined Conversation), Ivan Askwith and Bell herself, this show is sure to be a hit—at least with the pint-sized set.

Do, Re & Mi joins a host of other Amazon Studios originals for kids, such as Little Big Awesome, Tumble Leaf, Wishenproof, and Lost in Oz.
So what’s this soon-to-be kids’ series all about anyway? Well it follows the the adventures of three bird besties: Do, Re and Mi (but you probably could have guessed that). The BFF birds live in a magically musical animated world. Along with the adventure awesomeness, each episode also ends with a song.
A lineup of guest stars, including Bell, will perform the show’s original tracks. Even though it may outwardly appear like it’s just yet another sing-song kids’ show, this series is more about musical education than belting out melody after melody. This makes Do, Re & Mi more of a learning opportunity than just pure entertainment. But, of course, we’re pretty sure it will be totally entertaining too!
