For Aerial Arts with a Side of Yoga: OM Factory
Described as a modern fusion of yoga and aerial arts, aerial yoga for kids will find them moving through poses supported by a giant piece of soft fabric. In addition to being a ton of fun to swing like a monkey, the class also promotes flexibility, balance, concentration and risk-taking. No prior experience is necessary, and classes are open to kids ages 5 to 8. For older kids (ages 8 to 12) with more experience, Om Factory offerings an aerial silks class.
