The Okee Dokee Brothers

When: Tues., Aug. 5, 10:30 a.m.

Where: Madison Square Park, 23rd St. & Madison Ave.

Cost: Free

After being launched into the stratosphere of children's music in 2013, the bluegrass duo doubled down on authentic American roots music and reaffirmed their commitment to advocating the importance of the journey versus the destination. The result is their remarkable album Through The Woods, a mountain jamboree inspired collection of songs showcasing the pair's knack for poignancy and unabashed adoration of the great outdoors.

Can't make it on Tuesday? No worries as the Okee Dokee Bros will also be at Pelham Bay Park on Wed., Aug. 6.
