Does your kiddo like being in nature and exploring the world around him more than he likes wearing uniforms and playing sports? If you’re thinking of enrolling your little munchkin in camp this summer, luckily there are camps that will suit your little naturalist and help him thrive. Check out Red Tricycle’s top picks to help your little one get in tune with nature.

Garden Explorers – Old Stone Barn

Housed within a historic site and farm house, the Garden Explorers program at the Old Stone Barn is perfect for your kid who likes playing in the dirt, making art and getting to know where their food comes from. He will learn about Brooklyn's rich agricultural history while visiting the farmer's market, gardening, harvesting and baking. But it's not all work and no play - your kiddo will also make arts and crafts using plant-based dyes and engage in indoor/outdoor play.
