Totally Kid Carousel

This carousel stays true to its name by being the only carousel for kids designed by kids. When artist Milo Mottola was invited to design the Riverbank State Park carousel he got the idea to have children design the characters which he would then turn into 3D designs. Each of the original drawings and their accompanying carrousel figure can be seen on the website. (See more about that here.)

Give it a Birthday Whirl: There is no formal birthday party organization here. We say bring kids to the park, and after riding the carousel, ask them to draw their own figure. Then cake!
