July is hot, so kick off your flip-flops, put on your swimsuit and cool off at Sprinkler Day. Your little ones will love running and splashing through the sprinklers set up on the wide open athletic field. Grab a free flavored ice on your way out to enjoy on the walk home. Sat. Event details

Get ready to be schooled in some of the finer points of tap, ballet, and beatboxing when this Philadelphia dance collective brings its optimism and hip-hop bona fides to Family Day. The Ultimate Urban Scavenger Hunt
Form a family team and go on an “Amazing Race”-style competition packed into one day. Dash around the city, racing against other Challengers, solve tricky clues, strategize the best route, and explore undiscovered corners of your city. Think of it like a 5K that tests your brains as much as your legs, with bigger prizes and a whole lot more fun. Shoebox Green Roof
Your little landscape architects will learn about planted roofs and develop their own very designs.
