To See an Old Story in a New Way: Feathers of Fire: A Persian Epic

See an old story and technique updated for the 21st century at the world premiere of Feathers of Fire: A Persian Epic. Recommended for kids eight and up, the show tells the tale of Zaul and Rudabeh, one of the legends from the Persian Shahnahmeh, the national epic of Iran. A storyteller, puppets and shadowcasters make this story come alive, and traditional puppetry techniques are combined with new media to create a visually-stunning theatrical event.
