Here’s how this program, inspired by a traditional cheese service, works: Dine at The Back Room, the hotel’s restaurant, and watch as a cheery red cart with books for each age/stage is wheeled right over to your table. Let’s say your child wants a Pac Man Waffle. No problem. Or how about a Little Salmon Bento Box. Easy.
