For the Tastes-like-homemade Dinner Out: Bubby’s

Thanksgiving is all about comfort food, and one of the best places to get that in New York City is Bubby's, where they proudly proclaim: "We steal recipes from grandmas." Both the Tribeca and the Highline locations of the restaurants will be serving "classic American Thanksgiving dinner" family style from noon to 8 p.m. In addition to the usual suspects like turkey, stuffing and mash, expect the eatery's famous pies in flavors like pear cranberry walnut, pumpkin and pecan maple. To reserve email thanksgiving@tribeca.bubbys.com or thanksgiving@highline.bubbys.com. Cost is $65 for adults; $40 for kids 12 and under.
