For Your Future Sports Star

You probably know a CrossFit enthusiast or two, but until now they've all been adults, right? Meet the new generation at TriBeCa's Crossfit212, which offers a kids version of its namesake high intensity strength workout. Using bodyweight as resistance (never any barbells or weight) the classes hone skills essential to kids when they run, throw, climb and jump. CrossFit coaches closely supervise all the movements to maximize safety and fun.
