Prices range from $39.99 for the vegan meal for two, to $279 for a loaded feast for 12. Chelsea Market's excellent butcher has birds of all kinds and sizes from area farms: fresh turkeys, roast turkey, Moulard duck, and even capon, which are large chickens that have lots of white meat. If you're not familiar with the wildly popular dips at Upper East Side gourmet store William Poll, treat yourself and your fellow diners to a few of these yummy spreads. Their Thanksgiving menu is extensive and impressive, and includes appetizers and dishes that can be bought by the pound. Favorites include pumpkin risotto and chestnut stuffing made with home-baked cornbread. The menu is about as comprehensive as you'll find, with everything from apps, spreads, caviar and hors d'oeuvres to party platters and Thanksgiving cupcakes and cookies.

Comfort food spot Bubby's proudly declares Thanksgiving as the restaurant's favorite holiday. They are celebrating the fact that they've been serving the big meal for 30 years with several options.
Bubby's will serve a $40 "Thanksgiving plate" every night from Nov. 19-25 with all the classic favorites including their famous pie.
You can eat at Bubby's on Thanksgiving Day. Reservations are required and it's $65/adults, $40 kids under 10. Outdoor dining may be possible depending on weather.

People love the Viand Diner & Bar's turkey every day of the year (some say it's the best turkey in town), but you can enjoy the classic meal on Thanksgiving, too. Yes, you can enjoy a Thanksgiving dinner from historic New York City landmark the Rainbow Room. The restaurant's Executive Chef Mathew Woolf has created a Thanksgiving Dinner menu that features a pre-fixe dinner for six ($325), as well as a la carte options including a 14-17 pound heritage free range brined and roasted turkey, sage and onion stuffed turkey leg roulade, and an assortment of delicious sides like caramelized Brussels sprouts with roasted pear, orange glazed carrots with dried cranberries, buttermilk potato puree, corn bread stuffing and spiced cranberry sauce. We tried this local meal delivery service for everyday eating, so we can vouch for Olivia Williamson's culinary chops—delicious! The chef has options for small gatherings (four to six people) or larger ones (six to 10 guests) and the menu features both traditional dishes and ones meeting various dietary needs such as vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free and vegan.
Centerpiece choices include a traditional 14-16 pound Herb Butter Roasted Organic Turkey ($125); Porcini, Garlic and Rosemary Crusted Beef Tenderloin ($150) and vegetarian Roasted Butternut Squash and Sage Lasagna (serves 10, $65). Appetizers like crudite with garlic rosemary dip and a cheese board with crackers and breads are available.
