Parents can actually relax with their family. I haven’t met a member of the staff that wasn’t genuinely enthusiastic about making sure everyone had what they needed for a good time. The lack of stuffiness in this place is a welcome respite from the rarified air of our NYC apartment. Being here is like an elixir for my kids’ souls.
