Lucky for us, these historic hubs still exist and are now happening spots for lil’ cowboys and cowgirls. Looking to roll up their sleeves and pan for gold? Trail Dust Town, Az

Visitors can hop on a train and circle the whole town (think of Monorail at Disneyland, but with a cowboy edge), window shop at authentic shops and catch a stunt show in this fun town. With wooden boxes, barrels and signs that look positively 1800s swinging about, it may be easy to forget that Trail Dust Town is also a shopping center. Although that only makes going to the mall sound all the more fun!
