New details have just dropped about Pixar’s next animated film and it sounds truly magical. From the movie’s title to the cast, here’s everything we know about what promises to be a new family favorite.

The next Pixar masterpiece is titled Onward and follows the story of two teenage elf brothers as the pair set off on an adventure in suburbia to find out if magic still exists. The story is loosely-based on director Dean Scanlon’s (Monster’s University) own childhood growing up in suburban Michigan.

“At Pixar we try to create stories that come from some kind of personal truth,” said Scanlon in a press release, adding, “This film was inspired by my own relationship with my brother.”

Those two magical brothers will be voiced by some very familiar stars: The LEGO Movie’s Chris Pratt and Spider-Man’s Tom Holland. Rounding out the cast are Julia Louis-Dreyfus and Octavia Spencer, but no word yet on who their characters will be.

We’ll have to wait over a year until we get to finally see Onward as it won’t hit theaters until Mar. 6, 2020. In the meantime, we have Pixar’s Toy Story 4 coming Jun. 21, 2019 to tide us over.
