Prasad
This sweet spot tucked inside the Portland Rock Gym is all about serving fresh and healthy food that will keep you energized. After an afternoon of climbing, kids can dig into the Littlest Dragon Bowl, a flavorful mix of rice or quinoa topped with beans, avocado and their choice of six different sauces, including sesame miso or lemon ginger. Add a kids’ strawberry chia pudding or almond butter smoothie to enjoy on the side. Moms and Dads can enjoy a savory lentil dahl, the peanut stew or the Burnside Burrito, stuffed with chipotle chili, spinach, brown rice, avocado, salsa and cilantro.

Prasad has an additional location downtown, located inside Yoga Pearl. It’s just a few blocks from the legendary Powell’s City of Books, making it an awesome lunch destination after a cozy reading date with your little sidekick.
