It’s Reigning Cool Dads in Portland

Portland is home to some very cool dads. One part hero and two parts role model, our cool dads are an impressive array of men living, working and raising their kids in this fair city. So what makes these guys cool? They love their partners, successfully maintain a work/life balance, and they bring their A-game to their jobs. Read on to discover cool dads who make our city more awesome.

Biola Cruse

Biola Cruse, Environmental Regulator for the City of Portland Bureau of Environmental Services

Biola is present in each day. He directs businesses with complex environmental issues daily and makes sure Metro Portland companies are keeping our rivers clean. In a nutshell, he’s water cop. On the home front, Biola is a hands-on dad to three energetic super hero-loving young sons (including a set of twins) and is a little league coach for his eldest son’s baseball team. He is a firm believer that it’s our joy in the everyday that makes life extraordinary. Live long and prosper, Biola!
