Two-time James Beard winning chef Gabriel Rucker’s newest restaurant, Canard, is now open and celebrating Mother’s Day for the first time. Treat mom to “wild French bar food,” from Rucker with options such as Uni Texas Toast, Steam Burgers, Oysters, Dry-Aged Petite New York Steak or Swordfish Oscar. Complete your Mother’s Day celebration with incredible wines, curated by co-owner and wine director Andy Fortgang, 20 wines by the glass and a 250 bottle list, broad and deep with bottles collected throughout the years, or enjoy one of Canard’s hand crafted cocktails including the Breakfast of Champions, Foie Turn or Poivrotte. Canard is walk-in only so pop by anytime after 4pm to try a number of dishes at the newly opened Canard!
