From cardiovascular benefits to improved balance and coordination to promoting healthy sleep habits (say what, parents of toddlers?), the verdict is in and bouncing is beneficial. At Sky Zone the most obvious place to begin would be Open Jump, where all ages can bounce for hours and get a feel for it in areas like the Main Court, Foam Zone, Sky Hoops and Sky Slam. Those who are feeling competitive can even try out Ultimate Dodgeball to get their dodge on with friends. Nervous about your wee ones among the big kids? Toddler Time is offered three days a week for an hour for ages 4 and under. Once a week there is even a Sensory Friendly hour for those who need a quieter environment, and caregivers jump for free.

The Fine Print
Safety is key at Sky Zone, so make sure to sign the online waiver prior to reserving your spot. Then take a look at the safety guidelines and run them by your crew so everyone is on board and there won’t be any surprises. SkySocks are necessary for jumping and are included in children’s admission prices or $2 for caregivers (but once you have them, they are yours to keep). Reservations and pre-purchased tickets are strongly encouraged, as sessions do fill up and no one wants to show up only to find that all bouncing spots have filled.
