A little bit of inside fun, a little bit of outside adventure – take a look at what’s up this weekend! For the inside, we’ve got a few performances on tap: the ComedySportz 4 Kidz comedy, a showing of “How to Train Your Dragon”, live music by a local kids’ band, and a theater production of the popular animated series, School House Rock. It’s Family Day at The Oregon Historical Society on Saturday, and The Polar Express at Mt. Hood Railroad begins its seasonal journeys to the North Pole on Friday night. For those seeking a little fresh air, there’s the Kidical Mass Tour de Pie family bike ride and a Thanksgiving walk at Oxbow Regional Park.
This weekend offers a chance to show your support for two Portland Public Schools while getting some holiday shopping done! A book sale of used books in excellent condition benefits the Sunnyside Environmental School Library, and the Holiday Craft Fair raises money for The Portland Village School.
