Ladybug Run for CDH Awareness 2020

You may not be able to do this fun run in person, but you can sure do it with your favorite family members virtually. Proceeds from the race go to the Ladybug CDH Foundation whose mission is to help raise public awareness, fund medical research, and provide direct assistance to families in the Pacific Northwest with children affected by Congenital Diaphragmatic Hernia (CDH), a potentially fatal congenital birth defect affecting 1 out of 2500 children born every year. Battle Bonk – the Ultimate Treasure Hunt

GeoCaching + The Amazing Race = Battle Bonk. Individuals and teams will meet at Laurelhurst park to get their “maps”. Each map will show the teams where the hidden “Bonks” are hidden around the city. Generally the “Bonks” are hidden within the Portland Metro area. Teams race to find the Bonks to either win cash or accrue points for the event. Great way to spend 3-4 hours with family and friends.
