Hundreds of Portlanders will take to the rivers this weekend. Two big water-logged (and family-friendly) celebrations highlight the recreation that our rivers offer and engage people to create lasting, meaningful change to the river. Flicks on the Bricks opens their alfresco movie season with a family favorite. And you can check out a new berry-filled blues music festival. All aboard the cow train!
