Dragon Boat Races
Watch on the banks of the Willamette River on one or both days as teams of paddlers race each other in authentic dragon boats, provided by the Portland-Kaohsiung Sister City Association. Heats run both days with the winning team being determined on Sunday. Sat. & Sun., 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Downtown/SW. Free. All ages. Event details.
Father’s Day Crafts at the Tram
Get the kids ready for Fathers Day and get them out of the house to enjoy some family time at the Portland Aerial Tram. Bring home a hand-made craft for Dad or take a family portrait at the Tram photo booth. Face painting and the Portland Tram activity book will enchant the young ones, and everyone will love the views from above. Free event, but the tram rides do cost money.
