This weekend features a lot of creature fun. You or your child can parade a furry friend around for prizes in Lake Oswego and give Curious George a high five (and a wave goodbye) at the Portland Children’s Museum. Or, learn how the author of the new book The House that Mouse Built created the adorable felted creatures in her tiny mouse paradise. If you like your animals more scaley than furry—or perhaps even fire breathing—the Dynasty of the Dragon is kicking off at the Lan Su Chinese Garden. The options for family activities sure do “drag-on.”
