Read on to find out what they’re hopeful for and working hard to accomplish in 2016. Happy New Year, Portland readers! We love you!

Stacy Coplin

2016 brings a big shift for my family with a new house, a new area and some new career options for me. So I am going to be brave and jump feet first into new opportunities this year. I resolve to write and take my two labs for a walk every day. I want to climb through a bunch of the wildflower hikes on Mt. Hood and in Central Oregon and take tons of pictures. I'm going to hunt for the best mocha in S.E. Portland each week while teaching Tinkergarten classes there. Oh!  And I am going to figure out how to raise chickens, what to do with all the apples on my new apple tree and how to actually can tomatoes.
