These women make motherhood look GOOD. This talented group of style mavens have brought their strong design sense to all areas of our lives, from maternity wear to tabletop design to the creation of shoes, handbags and even houses. Clare Vivier, Handbag Designer

When Clare was a jet-setting producer for French television, every time she would toss her laptop into a clunky bag, she wished for a more stylish alternative. So like so many problem-solving mamas, she made one. That bag launched a line, and today Clare's totes, clutches, shoulder bags, wallets and more are coveted and collected, and sold in her six retail stores across the country (New York and California). The mother of two (Oscar, 13, and stepson Simon is 22) exudes a calm energy and loves to go on hikes with Oscar and their puppy Paco in the hills near their Echo Park neighborhood.

Proud Moment: "I have been with my husband for 21 years, I think that is a pretty big accomplishment."

Words of Wisdom: “There's always a light at the end of the tunnel—every terrible phase your kids go through always ends, it always gets better."
