New parents Prince Harry and Meghan Markle won’t spend Archie’s first Christmas with the rest of the Royals.

Reportedly the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, along with baby Archie of course, will celebrate the holiday with Markle’s mother—and not with Queen Elizabeth at Sandringham.

According to People.com, Buckingham Palace released a statement saying, “Having spent the last two Christmases at Sandringham, Their Royal Highnesses will spend the holiday this year, as a new family, with the Duchess’ mother Doria Ragland.” The statement continued, “This decision is in line with precedent set previously by other members of the Royal Family, and has the support of Her Majesty The Queen.”

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex aren’t the first royals to spend time away from the rest of the family during the holidays. In 2016 Prince William, Kate Middleton, Prince George and Princess Charlotte celebrated with the Middletons. The family attended a Christmas service at a church in Bucklebury, near the Duchess of Cambridge’s childhood home.

So where will Prince Harry and Markle spend their holiday? As of now, there are no details on where Archie, and his parents, will celebrate.
