Full Belly Farm CSA Program

Follow the Buddha's belly for this direct connection to an organic farm program complete with an online Crop Timeline so you and your gang will always know what's fresh and in season. Co-owner Judith Redmond lovingly educates families so you know exactly how a farm works. In that spirit, there's busy sheep rotating the crops and eating up the extra "waste." So when they get too hot in the summer months? There's - completely cruelty-free - sheep's yarn from their haircuts in this box, too, if you and your gang want to learn to knit. Suggestions abound for your kiddos: peaches can be whipped up into tasty, nutritious smoothies. How about what to do with beets?? Great recipes are provided and range from the simple soup to an adventurous pickling process for some kitchen physics good on a rainy day. The shiny new addition of organic, homegrown Pizza & Pasta DIY kits are now available for weekly special order in these CSA boxes, taking the concept to the next level. Nutritious and delicious!

Cost: Monthly, or discounted Quarterly or Annual payments of: $72 (4 boxes per month), $198 (12 per year) or $768 respectively. Boxes can be generously donated anytime to the Charlotte Maxwell Integrative Complimentary Clinic in Oakland for low income women dealing with cancer, just let Full Belly know in advance.
