There are no shortage of Valentine’s themed events this weekend, so you and your little cupid can get out and share a little love.  And don’t forget to check out our list of Valentine’s Childcare Drop-Off Spots, so you and your sweetie can have some fun too. One of the coolest is at the Museum of Children’s Art in Oakland, where your monkey can stamp and glue to her heart’s content.  If you haven’t had a chance to celebrate  Lunar New Year don’t worry the celebrations are still going strong!  If you’re hankering for some lion dancers, now’s your chance.  Check out the Pan-Asian New Year’s Celebrations at both the Oakland Museum of California, and the Oakland Asian Cultural Center.  Finally, if you have a history buff in the making, you can celebrate Lincoln’s birthday at the Discovery Museum, or Black History Month at Pier 39.
