Remember when juices contained just one type of fruit? Grape juice, apple juice—pineapple juice if you really wanted to get wild. Flash forward to today, when our juices boast more ingredients than most dinner plates. And we aren’t complaining, since it seems most kiddies prefer to sip, suck and slurp their fruits and veggies than simply munch on them. So we’ve rounded up the best places for the whole family to get their juice on.

Native Juice Co., SF, East Bay, Marin

All ingredients for Native’s Juices and smoothies come from California farms, and their extensive menu offers something for everyone. Get the littles to love kale with the “You’ve Got Kale” (kale, pineapple, banana, coconut milk and coconut water) or treat them to a Sunshake (sunflower butter, banana, cocoa powder, coconut milk and coconut water). Their prices are just as refreshing as their drinks ($5-9.50). In addition to their SF location, they have a stand at the Grand Lake Farmer’s Market in Oakland and the San Rafael Farmers Market in Marin.
