Free admission on the first Wednesday of the month. Due to capacity limits, groups of 10 or more are required to make reservations.

San Francisco Zoo: Free First Wednesdays
On the first Wednesday of every month, admission to the Zoo is free for San Francisco residents only. Please show proof of residency through a valid driver license, identification card or utility, phone or other local bill, delivered to your home address.
Free Monthly Presidio Shuttle Tour: First Wednesday of the Month
Noon -1:00 pm
A tour of the park’s historic areas, wild open spaces, and hidden beauty with an emphasis on current Presidio projects. The shuttle visits the Main Post, Crissy Field, Fort Winfield Scott, the western coastal bluffs, and more. Space is limited, RSVP required. Reservations limited to 4 people per party.
