Be the Ballet at ODC’s Velveteen Rabbit
This classic holiday tale of bunny-love takes on a new level of entertainment with ODC’s studio-to-stage, which offers tiny dancers a chance to learn the moves they can then watch on stage! Professional dancers teach a “toddler to octogenarian” dance class, then everyone can settle in to watch the ballet live. Get Your Holiday On at Pier 39
Lots of places have annual tree lightings but Pier 39 takes it to another level with a two-day celebration put on by  the Disneyland® Resort, including Radio Disney, letters to Santa, holiday games and prizes, plus choral ensembles, and oh yeah–a 60 foot tree decorated to the nines. Baby Loves Disco Pajama Party
Mama loves disco, papa loves disco, and baby loves disco! OMCA’s Friday Nights
Your Friday night just got a lot more interesting. The Oakland Museum of California hosts Friday Nights including Off the Grid food trucks, story time, dance lessons,a drop-in game-making workshop celebrating Native American Heritage Month, Zumba in the amphitheater, artist talks and a lounge. Half price admission for grown-ups and free admission for kids under 18 means the whole fam-damily can go and enjoy all the museum has to offer. Toddler Ramble at the Hayward Shoreline
The November rains are sure to come, and when Little Johnny wants to play, you can head out to the Hayward Shoreline Interpretive Center for some rain and weather themed activities. Take It Small at the Doll and Teddy Show
Not your typical teddy-bear show this extravaganza features dolls, teddy bears, miniatures, anime, clothing, jewelry and more including steampunk and gothic, antiques, vintage, and modern doll clothing, furniture, and accessories. Pack up your little bears and bring them along, or come shop for a one-of-a-kind stocking stuffer!  There will also be an informal doll & teddy bear identification and doll stringing on-site. San Jose’s Birthday Celebration
The City of San Jose is turning 236 and everyone can join the party at the Peralta Adobe Historic Site in the heart of San Jose. Haunt the Halls with Jacob Marley’s Christmas Carol
Jacob Marley’s Christmas Carol presents the classic tale but with at twist–the p.o.v. is from the ghost of Jacob Marley and his mad scramble to redeem his past and reform his former greedy partner, Ebenezer Scrooge. Full of laughs, rattling chains, and holiday “spirit” this show will be a treat for all your happy little elves.
