West Seattle Summerfest

The West Seattle Junction Association is shutting down the streets to celebrate the 35th annual Summer Fest this July. It’s where families will find great music, delish eats and a cold local brew at the beer garden on a sunny summer day. After you’ve wandered the streets, be sure to hit the Kids Zone for rides, inflatables, arts and crafts and free face painting. You can check out these awesome finds in the Wells Fargo parking lot, behind Easy Street Records. And if you come on Sunday, add picking up fresh farm fixings to your to-do list. The year-round farmers market will be holding court as per usual behind Key Bank, from 10 a.m.–2 p.m. on Sunday. This is what summer’s all about!

Schedule: July 14-16, 2017. Friday & Sat 10 a.m.-6 p.m.; Sun 11 a.m.-5 p.m.

Don’t Miss: The GreenLife Garden and Sustainability Expo is definitely worth a stop. Here, you’ll find three days’ worth of demonstrations and music aimed at living a more sustainable city lifestyle. Bring your questions and come home with tons of answers and ideas you can use with your fam!
