From time to time, you might encounter a dish at a restaurant that you vow to go home and try to recreate. The Mushroom Soup from JOEY might just stir up your inner Martha Stewart. This soup is the perfect blend of creamy, with just enough mushroom texture and a hint of Mexican oregano, that will dance on your tastebuds and leave you longing for a bigger bowl. In fact, you might opt to share your hearty soup with your tots in tow, but once they have a taste, you will soon be staring at the bottom of the vessel. Go for that second bowl; soup doesn’t judge.
