After months of rainy, cloudy weather, Seattle families are taking every chance they can get to soak up the rays. And what better way to celebrate a beautiful sunny day or sunset than with family… and food? To make the most of mealtime outdoors, we’ve compiled a list of restaurants that serve delish dishes with a view to match. Click through the gallery to see our favorites.
Strings of white bulbs, metal chairs and rustic wooden tables fill the long, narrow garden patio at Madrona's wine bar, Bottlehouse. You’ll probably want to go on a date here, sure, but kids are welcome when there’s no sitter to be found. The drink menu includes tap wines and seasonal sangria for the grown-ups and an accommodating staff serve a rotating menu of artisan meats and cheeses (and a pretty great mac ‘n’ cheese).
