Using alternative flour combinations and organic sweeteners sourced from local, reputable suppliers, Flying Apron creates your favorite treats. Their certified gluten-free and vegan bake shops located in both Fremont (within a stone’s throw from the Troll) and on the Eastside (in downtown Redmond) are well-stocked with gluten-free delights. Take your pick from the wide selection of cookies, donuts, cupcakes, muffins, brownies or tarts. Grain Artisan Bakery
Formerly known as Pacific Northwest Cupcakes, Grain Artisan Bakery prides itself on unique flavor combinations. Grain is not a certified gluten-free bakery, but nearly all of their cakes and cupcake recipes can be made gluten-free and/or vegan. Keep in mind, these baked goods are not baked in a gluten-free kitchen and may come into contact with allergens. Some of Grain’s highly recommend flavor profiles include dark cacao & sea salted caramel, heirloom carrot & cream cheese, cream earl gray & wild lavender, and salted raw honey & raspberry. Place an order or find them at the Everett, Snohomish and Mill Creek Farmers Markets starting in May.
