Gingerbread houses, anyone? How about baking a Thanksgiving pie from scratch and having it delivered to your front door? ‘Tis almost the season, which means now is the time to sign up the kiddos for holiday cooking classes happening in the Seattle area during November and December. Kids culinary adventures await those who roll up their sleeves and roll out the dough.
Founded by local mom Laura Vida, Frog Legs offers camps, weekly classes, birthday parties, catering and more. Her next seven week Winter Foodies Cooking Adventure Class Series begins November 10 in the Mount Baker neighborhood of Seattle, including sessions for 3-6 year olds, 4-10 year-olds and 6-12 year-olds.
Thanksgiving and Holiday-themed weekend classes are right around the corner. Just before Thanksgiving, kids ages 5-12 can bake their own pumpkin pie from scratch and it will be delivered to your home on Wednesday 11/21, in time for the big meal.
