Emily Williams

Emily Williams, Fit4Mom West Seattle franchise owner, started her mompreneur journey as a client of the program, when her youngest was only 6 weeks old. Now mom to two, Vance (3.5) and Finn (2) and one due in March, she combines her love of building community with a passion for promoting women’s health offering both the Stroller Strides and Body Back Fit4Mom programs.

Where she’ll be on a sunny day: Williams and her Littles love to throw rocks on Alki beach on a sunny day, using waterlogged pieces of wood as floating targets, a tradition started by her father that’s come full circle.

Her must-have mom product:The NoseFrida is William’s lifesaving mom product, even though she didn’t try it until baby number 2. Bye-bye blue bulb, hello NoseFrida!

The best thing about being a Seattle mom: Williams loves the fact that Seattle always has an answer to the perpetual question, “What are we going to do today?” From museums to boat rides, indoor play spaces to outdoor bike riding around the neighborhood, Seattle’s got it all for families.
