Sharelle Klaus

When Sharelle Klaus isn’t busy with her four kids, Anna (17), Willa (16), Zane (12) and Finn (10), she’s heading up her company, Dry Soda, currently ranked as the fastest growing soda in the United States. By using only four, all-natural ingredients and keeping cane sugars to a minimum, Klaus has redefined the modern soft drink.

Where she’ll be on a sunny day: When the sun’s all aglow, Klaus can be found on the sidelines at one of many sporting events her kids participate in. And on the off chance there’s a by week, her family heads to Madrona Beach to play Frisbee or football in the water.

Her must-have mom product: For Klaus, any product that allows her to spend more quality time with her kids just can’t be passed up. The many helpful iPhone apps (especially Amazon Fresh), and extra car that helps her daughters drive their brothers around all fall into that category.

The best thing about being a Seattle mom: The true sense of community is part of what makes being a Seattle mom great, in Klaus’s book. As she’s well aware, years of standing in the pouring rain for hours on end each weekend truly bonds Seattle moms.
