Why not ring in the New Year with a brand new tradition – not just for you and a few thousand of your friends – but the Pacific Science Center, too!

That’s right. The Pacific Science Center is opening up its doors and courtyards to New Year’s Eve revelers for the first time ever, with their Spectra 2014: New Year’s Eve Under the Arches party. Attendees will be entertained by amazing live shows, including science Combustion! stage performances, outdoor fire sculptures, laser shows, viewings of the night sky in the Planetarium, artistic performances by Suspended Animation, and a whole lot more.

To top it off, folks will enjoy tunes from KEXP’s top DJ’s, and get to take in the annual Seattle firework show right under the Pacific Science Center’s famous arches.

Don’t wait to get your tickets – this is a party you will not want to miss.

Here’s to a great end, and spectacular new beginning!
