Bust a (gentle) move

Traditional exercise not your thing? Move your pregnant hips to a little Mama Dance! Using soft hip swirls, shimmies, and even a baby-belly dance or two, you’ll help ease many of the aches and pains that are common during pregnancy. Calming relaxation and visualization techniques will help prepare your mind for the labor ahead, while you’ll learn movements that will not only prepare your body, but also your baby’s.

Benefits for Mom: You will learn movements that will help guide your baby into the best position for birth, and help prevent back labor.
