We’re wrapping up August and headed into September with back-to-school on the brain! There’s plenty to see, eat, and do at this annual music and arts festival. Enjoy great tunes, urban craft vendors, and theatre and dance performances. For the lil’ ones, the Youngershoot Kids’ Zone will feature lots of hands-on activities, entertainment, exhibits, and kid-approved programs by The Children’s Museum, Seattle, Pacific Science Center, EMP, and Radio Disney. Blues for Food Fest
This all-day, easy going festival will feature live music by some of the best blues bands in the Northwest, fresh food from local vendors, a homemade pie auction, children’s gardening activities, and much more! Sunday Ice Cream Cruise
Take a 45-minute cruise around Lake Union and see well known landmarks such as Dale Chihuly’s studio, Gas Works Park, and the Sleepless in Seattle houseboat. Big Truck Day
Kiddos can put on a hard hat and get up close and personal with dump trucks, backhoes, concrete mixers, and other large vehicles as well as take a tractor-pulled wagon ride and be an official PCC Kid Picks Mobile taste-tester!  Fri., 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm. End of Summer Pool Party
