With the start of May (and a weekend highlighted by Mother’s Day!) we sure hope you get some well deserved R&R. In the meantime, there are still kiddos to be entertained, so we’ve got a lineup that includes an annual tradition with lions, tigers and bears, a magical event for your ears, a cruise around Puget Sound, a tea party fit for a queen, a tiny event for two, and a tour upstream. If pampering isn’t on your to-do list this weekend, then how about a day at the ballpark? The first 10,000 moms through the gates of Safeco field (on Sunday) will receive a pair of Mariner’s earrings! Plus, it’s also Family Day at Safeco. Celebrate youth and families in foster care and adoption and the many social workers and agencies that bring them together. Receive a free t-shirt and special ticket prices if you order online before noon on May 6.
