Kids struck it big this past year in Seattle. Innovative companies opened, new playgrounds sprouted up, trendy hangouts moved into town and new indoor play spaces took tots by storm. Here are our picks for the 15 best things to arrive on the Seattle kiddie scene in 2015.

Artists at Play Playground

After nearly two years of planning and development, downtown Seattle got a new playground that gave a whole new meaning to adventure time. Artists at Play, located in the Next 50 Plaza next to EMP, is an imaginative, artists-created outdoor playground designed for kids of all ages and it’s where you will find a 35-foot high climbing tower, two zippy tube slides, kid-inspired musical instruments, listening stations and sound swings. Play on!
