America’s favorite specialty retailer for all things craft and fabric related turns into Halloween headquarters in September. In addition to a huge assortment of decorations and pumpkin-themed DIY projects, the store stocks a large assortment of Halloween costume accessories like masks, headbands, wings, makeup, witch hats, wands, wigs, hair accessories and more for both children and adults. JOANN also sells costume and printed fabric (in case you want to pair those angel wings with a matching homemade costume) and ready-made costumes for kids and adults.
