This weekend, the Emerald City will be bursting with Irish pride. Consider: a two-day Irish celebration, a family race with wacky costumes, a parade with lots of leprechauns, a ballet based on a popular book series, a family date night and heart-healthy fair. If you’re looking for even more excitement, dress up in your favorite Pippi Longstocking attire and head to the Nordic Heritage Museum for the always-popular Pippi Day celebration or take a fossil journey around the globe at the Burke Museum’s annual Dino Day.
