Halloween’s over and done with, but that doesn’t mean the party must end. We’ve rounded up some fun-filled activities to help you usher in the first weekend of November. Disney On Ice presents Follow Your Heart (pictured)
We know this show isn’t exactly in Seattle, but it’s too good not to include. Make unforgettable memories with Mickey, Minnie and all your fave Disney friends at this all new Disney On Ice skating extravaganza. This year’s show will feature the beloved stories and characters from several smash hit animated movies, including Disney Pixar’s Finding Dory and Inside Out as well as Frozen and Toy Story. Dia de los Muertos Festival
Find music, dance, food, arts and crafts and more at this free, family-friendly festival celebrating Día de los Muertos – a Latin American holiday honoring the dead. Families can experience a procession led by Aztec dancers and a traditional altar dedication, enjoy music and dance, decorate sugar skulls and get their faces painted, plus nosh on delicious food and drink Mexican hot chocolate and purchase tickets for a raffle benefiting the PNA’s Spanish language preschool co-op. The Tortoise & The Hare
In this latest StoryBook Theater production, see what happens when a contest is set between a fleet-footed Hare and a flat-footed Tortoise. Mark your calendars for this SecondStory Repertory production featuring the musical adaptation of L.M. Montgomery’s timeless classic. The Pied Piper of Hamelin
The Bellevue Youth Theatre is kicking off its 2017 season with this fun script. Designed for the whole fam, follow the delightful story of a town overrun with rats and a bad mayor. Get a jump-start on your holiday shopping at this giant consignment sale of gently used toys, baby and kids’ clothes, maternity clothes and equipment (think: cribs, pack ‘n plays, strollers, joggers).
