Seattle Aquarium

The Seattle Aquarium is our region’s premier resource for hands-on marine experiences and conservation education. Through fun and engaging exhibits, mini marine biologists can learn about life in Puget Sound and Earth’s oceans. See, touch and explore sea life of Puget Sound tide pools and stand beneath the massive underwater dome and view local sea life. Take a virtual trip to the beautiful waters of the tropical Pacific at the Coral Reef exhibit. Enjoy the open-air Birds and Shores exhibit and learn about salmon’s importance to the marine environment. Don’t miss the octopus, sea otters and other favorite marine mammals. For an up close animal encounter, attend one of the daily talks and/or feedings.
