Maris Farms: October 3-31, 2015

A monster truck in a pumpkin patch? At Maris Farms in Buckley you can take the traditional hayride or you can take a monster of a ride during pumpkin season (it is Halloween after all). Stump Jumper is the farm’s very own monster truck – it’s just like the ones you’ll see at a monster truck show. If your little ones find Stump Jumper a bit too monstrous … Maris Farms has pedal carts that are more their size.

Good to Know: There’s a super variety of other activities at Maris Farms, including zip lines, camel rides and real live duck races. See their website for more details.

Good to Know
Monster truck shows are LOUD, so make sure your kiddies have ear protection (highly recommended for grownups too). Ear plugs are fine, but we’ve found ear muffs work best for kids as they don’t fall off so easily. Psst! If you forget to bring a pair, most shows have them for sale near the concession stands.

What is your family’s favorite monster truck experience? Tell us about it in the Comments below.
